Predictable limits for every customer

Every customer starts with a hard 50 MB monthly limit. The paying developer can raise it in 50 MB blocks for $1 USD each. A customer configured for 100 MB therefore costs $3.50 USD per month.

Up to 25,600 direct-URL jobs: every gateway-direct documentUrl job uses a fixed 2 KB of allowance. Compact text-only uploads can also exceed 20,000 labels when each averages about 2.5 KB or less. Learn how to get more from every megabyte.

Hard limits prevent surprise charges. The developer chooses each customer's maximum allowance and can also cap the total number of customer sites.

Get more value with gateway-direct document URLs

Submit a secure PDF, ZPL or ESC/POS command URL so the customer’s Android, Windows or Linux gateway downloads it directly from your storage. AppClickPrint avoids proxying and storing the document, and the job uses a fixed 2 KB of allowance regardless of the downloaded file size. Use a short-lived signed HTTPS URL. Keep it valid long enough for a temporarily offline gateway to reconnect.

Billing and taxes

The developer normally pays one Stripe subscription covering every customer site. A saved payment method handles new customers and allowance changes automatically. AppClickPrint can also arrange direct invoicing for approved developer accounts. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
